TITLE: Digital Marketing Intern
TERM: 4 Months, Full Time

We are building out our Marketing and Social Media team! Are you are a Digital Marketing Maniac? Are you constantly listening to GaryV, Neil Patel and Eric Siu? Would you like to be part of a creative team writing & publishing digital content, social media posts, blog articles, videos, pictures, audio files? Do you geek out on SEO optimization, Traffic & Lead Generation, Google Analytics, Email Automation Marketing, Google and Facebook Ad campaigns? And most importantly, do you love animation and visual effects? If you can say YES to those questions then we are looking for you! Our internship is a 4 months paid position. TITLE: Animator (Jr & Mid)
TERM: Project, Full Time

The CG Animator’s primary responsibility is to create high quality motion of computer graphics characters and objects within a shot, using a variety of animation software programs, and working under the general supervision of the Animation Director. The animator will be expected to deliver key frame animation to be used in a live action feature film or commercial.

TITLE: Motion Graphics Designer
TERM: Project, Full Time

As a Motion Graphics Designer at Hinge, you do more than bring graphics to life. You use your strong creative background to create powerful visual stories that capture an audience and leaves them wanting more. In addition, you have these skills and experiences:
  • Strong conceptual design and  illustration background
  • Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of industry standard software (AfterEffects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Maya, C4D, Blender, and other 2D/3D animation tools)
  • The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more)
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong project management skills
  • Meet with clients, internal and external, to understand needs and share ideas
  • Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines
  • Respond to user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations

TITLE: Lighting TD
TERM: Project, Full Time

The Lighting Technical Director is primarily responsible for creating lit environments and elements for both live action integration and fully CG imagery. Lighting TDs also work in the following general areas: lighting model development including HDR image based lighting, material property development, texture coordinate application, hair and fur application, texture map painting, and compositing.
The TD is responsible for creation and support of digital assets and rendered elements, responding to guidance and review notes from the director as well as creative and technical supervisors. All deliverables must meet standards and specifications with respect to appearance and aesthetics, pipeline compliance and performance.

TITLE: Generalist TD
TERM: Project, Full Time

The Generalist Technical Director is responsible for a range of tasks and responsibilities on shots and sequences where smaller, flexible teams are the preferred option. Generalists are responsible for modeling, rigging, look development, lighting, texture painting, animation, effects work or anything else the studio needs done at any given time. The TD is responsible for creation, maintenance and support of digital assets and shots, responding to guidance and review notes from the director as well as creative and technical supervisors. Digital assets must meet standards and specifications with respect to appearance and aesthetics, pipeline compliance and performance.

TITLE: Compositor
TERM: Project, Full Time

The Compositor takes multiple diverse elements, however they were created, and integrates them together artistically into a seamless, photorealistic image. Skillfully making it appear as if the elements were all part of the same scene utilizing various compositing techniques to accomplish the task. The Compositor is responsible for creation of final or near final frames, responding to guidance and review notes from the director as well as creative and technical supervisors. All deliverables must meet standards and specifications with respect to appearance and aesthetics, pipeline compliance and performance.

TITLE: CG Production Designer
TERM: Project, Full Time

The Production Designer produces conceptual character, environment, and prop artwork in a varying range of styles and helps establish the visual style of a production. As a CG artist, s/he generates superior quality texture maps and matte paintings, also in a range of styles, to be utilized in the production process.

TITLE: Rigging TD
TERM: Project, Full Time

The Rigging Technical Director is responsible for modeling and rigging high quality characters, props and environments that adhere to set artistic styles, as well as meet performance requirements as determined by the needs of the production. The TD is responsible for creation, maintenance and support of the digital assets, responding to guidance and review notes from the director as well as creative and technical supervisors. Digital assets must meet standards and specifications with respect to appearance and aesthetics, pipeline compliance and performance.

TITLE: Look Development TD
TERM: Project, Full Time

The Look Development Technical Director is responsible for creating the look of characters, props and environments that both adhere to set artistic styles as well as meet performance requirements as determined by the needs of the production. This will be accomplished through the utilization of advanced 3D texturing, lighting, and surfacing techniques. The TD is responsible for creation, maintenance and support of the digital assets, responding to guidance and review notes from the director as well as creative and technical supervisors. Digital assets must meet standards and specifications with respect to appearance and aesthetics, pipeline compliance and performance.
